How to Order
Orders may be placed through our online store. We do not accept phone orders at this time.
Payment
Purchases made through our online store may be paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or through your PayPal account.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. We will contact you via email if there is a delay in processing your order.
Sales Tax
The 6% Michigan state sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Michigan address. Sales tax will not be applied to gift certificates or shipping charges.
Packaging
Each Poppy Fish design is lovingly packaged like the treasure it is. Inside the individual tin is an anti-tarnish tab for daily storage, and a signature Poppy Fish packet filled with jewelry care tips, customer service information, and a description of your special piece.
Shipping
We now offer FREE standard shipping for all US orders totaling $100 or more. For orders totaling less than $100, the cost is $5 per shipment to the US, $11 per shipment to Canada and Mexico, and $13 everywhere else. All packages are shipped through the US Postal Service using Priority Mail. For expedited shipping, please contact us to make arrangements.
Limited Editions
Many of our Poppy Fish gems are made to order from a limited selection of items. In the event that the materials required to make your item are no longer available, we will contact you and give you the option to choose another item or cancel your order. Because our items are handmade, no two will be exactly alike. Please allow for slight variations between pieces.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Poppy Fish jewelry for any reason, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Please drop us a note to let us know a return is on its way and the reason for your return. Please note: our return policy is very lenient. We believe strongly in our product and in our customers. However, we will not offer an exchange or refund to any customer who is clearly taking advantage of our trust.
We love our little treasures, so we request that you carefully pack your jewelry for a safe trip back to our studio. We also strongly urge you to insure your package or use a shipping method that offers tracking, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
